Comprising thin, flat strips of fresh egg pasta, our Pappardelle have a rough texture. The cut is one of the most classic and can be used with sauces with a full, rich flavour as well as more modest sauces. Excellent because it is made using prime quality ingredients, as dictated by tradition!
