Only the pure, clear water that spouts forth from the Sibillini Mountains, 100% Italian durum wheat semolina from a traceable supply chain and the same processing method we use for egg pasta: slow triple dough mixing, bronze die extrusion and very slow drying at low temperatures. Because even everyday pasta deserves the highest quality.
