The Marche, a land as great as its culinary tradition, where a healthy diet and lifestyle are values that are passed on through the generations; in fact, Marche is one of the regions in Europe where people live the longest. Our horizon is defined by the peaks of the Sibillini Mountains, capped with snow for most of the year. Enchanted mountains where many legends originated, and home to an extremely rich local flora and fauna. The fresh air and pure water of these wonderful mountains stretch as far as Camerino, and are part of the DNA of our pasta.

The Maccari family has admirably maintained its link with its homeland intact, producing pasta in the same way as the one passed down by the grandmothers of the Marche region to their grandchildren: only fresh eggs and high- quality flour, no water and no additives.
