Our pasta comes from the best ingredients of the 100% Italian supply chain and from an extraordinary processing method, as tradition wants: triple slow kneading, bronze drawing and very slow drying at low temperatures. Pasta di Camerino is unique because it is faithful to the original recipe, with 8 eggs for every kg of flour.

Thanks to supply chain agreements with farmers and breeders, for all our pasta we use only 100% Italian ingredients: high quality grains with a high protein content and fresh A category eggs.

Attention to the environment

Pasta di Camerino is environment-friendly: thanks to the combined activity of the photovoltaic system installed on the roof of the pasta factory and the cogeneration system, we self-produce 85% of our energy needs, while the remaining 15% is purchased from renewables certified sources.
